With over 15 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry, Farhan is passionate about hospitality and personal connections. In 2020, he opened Masala Imbiss in Berlin, offering vibrant South Asian street food to the local community. Building on this success, Ceylon Bay was founded in 2025 to offer authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and unforgettable experiences in a new location.

Manager/Mixologist
With 22 years of experience in the hospitality and management industry, Fahim has held key positions, including Food and Beverage Director in Dubai and Restaurant Manager in Berlin.
